Our adventure begins!
July 11-12
The drive from home to Torreon Equestrian Center in Show Low was long and aggravating. Construction at 3 different locations all with Pilot Cars. Waiting in one long line we got hit by a hail storm! Finally arrived at the stables. Nice horse accommodations and friendly barn managers. They feed and muck for $40/night. Only drawback is the only 3 full hookup sites were occupied, so we just got our rig parked dry. And no Verizon or WiFi.
Good for a quick overnight.
